I highly recommend http://Vectorfast.com, they were able to clean up and convert a very small and blurry bitmap into a super sharp vector in a really short time. They were also very accommodating with some revisions that I asked and they gave me an excellent deal on the finished artwork. If you are on a cheap budget like me, VectorFast is the way to go. I have used them multiple times. Always takes my designs and makes them 1000% better. Vista Prints wanted hundreds of dollars. Would recommend them over and over.
